Positive: The room itself was okay.

Negative: The host was very rude. We just came from a cruise and had one last night in Grenada before flying back. On our cruise we met some new friends and their flight was the same day but in the afternoon so they had 2-3 h to kill. We invited them to the apartment we rented to talk a bit before the farewell. However, the host didn't let them in. My dad carried one of their luggages and the guy just took it out of his hand. I said something about Grenadian hospitability and the guy just answered "it's not about hospitability, ot's about business" - so apparently we're jist money to him. He even talked to the person in the apartment next to us to look out that no one other than us could enter the apartment. There was also loud music in the neighbourhood until like 3:30 a.m. Oh, and the next day when we took a taxi to the airport we told the driver the story and he said he's not surprised, just a few weeks ago he had customers from the same apartment and they also complained to him about a bad experience. I would never go there again...
